i spend my days building products, shipping fast, breaking things, fixing them, and rebuilding them better. my nights are usually split between hackathons, refining ideas, or obsessing over how something can be simpler and sharper. what drives me beyond the technical challenge is the urge to turn ideas into real, usable systems - not just demos, not just code, but products that solve something real and stand on their own.

- delhi's road intelligence & safety network - built for india innovates 2026, the world's largest civic tech hackathon, held at bharat mandapam, new delhi. never attending a government hackathon again.
- turns delhi's 3 lakh zomato/swiggy/zepto delivery riders into a passive pothole detection network - they just ride, the app maps every road hazard in real-time
- dual detection: on-device lstm neural network on the accelerometer classifies pothole severity (s1/s2/s3), while yolov8-nano on the forward camera catches water-filled potholes and road edge crumbling 4-5 seconds before impact
- confirmation engine: 3+ accelerometer reports at the same gps coordinate → confirmed on public map. yolo water detection at 91%+ confidence → immediate alert, no wait
- addresses 50 two-wheeler deaths and ₹3,450 crore in annual damage across delhi - connects mcd, ngos, delivery riders, and citizens in one coordination platform

- ai-assisted angiography workflow platform for cardiologists — turns raw DICOM cine images into prioritized findings, visual evidence, and structured reports
- yolov8-based stenosis detection model: detects and localizes coronary blockages with bounding boxes, identifies the affected artery and vessel segment, and estimates percentage luminal blockage per lesion
- findings inbox surfaces the most critical frames automatically — doctors jump straight to relevant detections instead of scrubbing through hundreds of frames manually
- human-in-the-loop design: ai never finalizes any finding without explicit doctor approval. accept, flag, or edit inline
- voice input during live procedure — doctor records observations while catheter is still in the body, converted to structured timestamped notes
- auto-generates one-page angiography report and procedure notes from voice + detection output
- originally built this for hackaxios but ended up submitting bloop instead — and won. atrio stayed in the drawer. might bring it back.

use cdn for images instead of bloating the public folder-learned this the hard way when deployment kept timing out
